My name is Zohal Zamani. I was born in 1992 in Kabul, Afghanistan. After graduating from school, I continued my studies in the field of education and became a teacher.
Following that, due to a strong personal interest in medicine, I enrolled at Khatam Al-Nabiyyin University in Kabul in 2019. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery in 2022 and subsequently completed two years of mandatory service.
I then joined the Afghan Girls Online University. I first served as the Dean of the Nursing Faculty, and later as the Vice President of Student Affairs and a member of the university's administrative board. However, due to personal commitments and a lack of sufficient time, I resigned from the position of Vice President of Student Affairs. I am currently serving as a member of the university's leadership team.
I am happy to stand alongside my sisters and colleagues, even from a distance. I am dedicated to serving my sisters who have been deprived of education in these trying times, as the doors of educational hope have been closed to them. We strive to reopen those doors of hope and learning for them.
Slogan: "Loyal in our commitment, steadfast in our service to the future of Afghan women."
